TMS America, an employment agency is currently seeking a Japanese Bilingual Sales Executive/Business Development for a client located in Orange County. This position is full-time and permanent.

Location: Orange County, CA
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Compensation: $60,000 /YR ~ (DoE) + benefits
Industry: Manufacturing

Applicants must be bilingual in Japanese (Conversational with understanding of Japanese business manners)/English.

Job duties include:

• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
• Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
• Present our company to potential clients
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
• Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
• Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
• Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
• Report to the management on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual in Japanese (Conversation with understanding of Japanese business manners) and English
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations
